BA pumps models 105, 215, 220, 430, 440, 450, 470 and 490, can also be supplied in an EHEDG certified version. The test result demonstrates that the construction is crevice free and the pump is classified easy in place cleanable. This also allows the reduction of hot water consumption and reduce the use of chemical products for their cleaning.
In this case, full self-draining pump with vertical port is mandatory; inner surface finish with mechanical and electro-polishing to achieve ≤ 0,6 µ Ra and high quality elastomers in either 3A – FDA approved. For size up to BB/BA390, option available for higher quality pump body from press-forged material with integral non welded connection.
